These terms are an agreement between you and Alisenta LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company (“CLOSER.”, “we”, “us”). They cover this website, the game at app.closerdecks.com, and the downloadable materials that come with it (together, the “Service”). By buying access or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use CLOSER.
You must be at least 18 years old. Some content, including the After Hours deck, is intended for adults only.
2. What you get
A one-time purchase gives you:
- Access to the browser-based card game with two decks: Warm Up and Go Deeper. After Hours is a separate deck, coming later, and is not included.
- A print-at-home PDF edition of the cards.
- The facilitator playbook.
The Service runs in a modern web browser. You do not need to install an app. We may improve, add, or change prompts and features over time.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the website. Alisenta LLC is the seller; payment is processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, the purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. After payment you receive a license key on the confirmation page and in your receipt email; it unlocks the product on your devices.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our Refund policy for details.
5. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service with your partner for private, non-commercial purposes. You may print the PDF for your own use. You may not:
- Resell, share, or publicly distribute your access, the prompts, or the PDF.
- Copy the prompts into another product, app, or publication.
- Use the Service for paid events, workshops, or coaching without our written permission.
- Copy, scrape, or attempt to bypass any access controls of the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The prompts, card designs, PDF, playbook, the CLOSER. name and logo, and all other content of the Service belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Apart from the licence above, these terms do not give you any rights to them.
7. Not therapy
CLOSER. is a conversation game for entertainment and connection. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Play at your own pace, use the skips, and stop whenever either of you wants to. If your relationship involves abuse or you feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Once loaded on your device, much of the game also works offline.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending access
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, for example by sharing paid content publicly. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice, and you'll keep the PDF you already downloaded.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one in effect when you made your purchase, unless a change is required by law. We'll update the date at the top of this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
